The resource will set up and load manual or CNC milling machines according to technical drawings, machining specifications and required tolerances.
Will perform milling operations on metal or plastic materials, including making flat surfaces, grooves, holes and complex machining.
Will verify the quality of work performed, using measuring instruments such as caliper, micrometer, dial gauges, and advanced measuring systems.
Will correctly interpret mechanical drawings and technical specifications to ensure that parts are made as specified.
Will work with the team to improve manufacturing processes, reduce lead times, and increase overall efficiency.
Requirements:
- Prior experience of at least 2 years in the Milling job, preferably using CNC machines.
- Knowledge of milling techniques and machine tools.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and machining diagrams.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments (gauges, micrometers, dial gauges, etc.).
- Ability to handle and solve technical problems related to machining of parts.
- Good precision skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of occupational safety regulations.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
