The resource plans, coordinates, and supervises preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities on company systems and facilities (electrical, mechanical, plumbing).
He/She will perform analysis of plant failures and malfunctions, identifying causes and proposing solutions to improve performance and safety.
He/She will draft maintenance plans and will ensure that interventions are carried out on time and with the required quality.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Management Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role in industrial plant maintenance and management or facility management.
- Thorough knowledge of industrial plants and safety regulations, preventive and corrective maintenance techniques.
- Skill in diagnosing faults and proposing effective solutions.
- Ability to plan, organize and manage daily maintenance activities while maintaining control over time and costs.
- Proactivity, attention to detail, excellent communication and team working skills.
